|Rescue Me ID: 17-12-08-00047Samantha (female)|
Samantha is my heart and soul. She is a cocker spaniel mixed puggle. Never in a million years would I have imagined having to give her up, but the time has come. Sam has been in my life since the day she was born and I still remember the day we finally took her home. I knew she was gonna be my little baby.. And for the past 8 years, she's been just that. The reason i have to give her up is because I no longer have time for her. Sam spends more time at home alone or with a dog sitter than me and it breaks my heart. While I don't want to say goodbye to my princess, I want to do what's best for her. I had success here earlier this rehoming my other childhood dog and hope that I have the same luck with Sam. I am looking for someone who will send me updates and pictures of her often, as she will always been very important to me. The $25 adoption fee is to help get her vaccinations updated, so she's all prepared when she goes to her new home. (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 17-11-05-00325Spanky (male)|
Spanky is a wonderful senior dog! Spanky was an owner surrender from a woman that has grown too old to care for him. Unfortunately he has not had a lot of training but is VERY food motivated! So we've started to treat train him with simple commands and he is doing very well! He does very well on a leash and loves to go for walks in the park! Spanky was previously placed in two ther homes arranged by the previous owners and neither home worked out as Spanky did not like the other dogs or small children. We have had different experience with him though. After two days of decompression Spanky is coming out of his shell. He is very friendly with our 10 year old son, and has been friendly with every adult so far, but we will place him in a home with children 10+. While we feel that it would be best for him to be the only pet in the house, we are willing to have a meet and greet with other pets if you're interested in adopting him! He does well with some dogs nd not others. He did come from a home with another pug and seemed to tolerate her ok. Spanky is 12 years old and in immaculate health! He is up to date on everything including dental work. He's a 'Bug.' (Boston Terrier/Pug) Weight approx. 16lbs *November is adopt a senior month! **You can also find more pictures and video of Spanky on Facebook! Just search 'Pittsburgh Pet Relief' (Less)
