Rescue Me ID: 14-08-18-00726Bugs (male)

Pug Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Meet Bugs... a very fun loving guy, social guy that just wants to meet everyone! He's about 7mo old and currently weighs about 12lbs, and should be at least 15lbs when full grown. He loves other dogs but is much more interested in running through the yard with his people. He's learning to walk on a leash and is learning other manners very quickly, too. Bugs will thrive in an active home and he'd love a child or two over the age of 6yrs. He's still quite young so should not be left alone for more that 4-5hrs and he must have a fenced backyard.

Rescue Me ID: 14-08-11-00186Piper (female)

Pug Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Not Good with Cats
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

What an adorable girl!! Piper is approx 18mo old, weighs about 35lbs, and she's very sweet... although can be quite shy when first meeting new people. She's a very active girl that loves to go on walks and hikes, and is learning that car rides can also fun and non-stressful. She absolutely loves to play with other dogs so another dog in the home is a must. Piper will do best in a moderately active, adult only home... or kids must be over 12yrs old. She must have a fenced backyard and although she can be trusted home alone for a reasonable amount of time, a home in which she is not left for more than 6hrs would be ideal. Although ... Pug    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Cats, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Duncan moved with his human from MN to WA. In MN Duncan had 2 other dogs to hang out with all day. Now he is in a new home and alone and anxious when his human is at work. He needs daycare. His human is very worried about him and will pay a daily daycare fee. Perhaps a foster home could babysit?

Rescue Me ID: 14-07-11-00445Duncan (male)

Pug    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Low Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Vaccinations Current

Duncan moved from MN to WA with me. I have a new job and Duncan is feeling unsettled when I am away from him. Our home in MN had 2 other dogs. Ideally, I'd like 'daycare' for him while I'm at work. I will pay. If someone is doing fostering, perhaps the cash will help the rescue group? I'm afraid he will collapse when I'm gone at work.

Animal ID: STO-719Libby (female)

Pug Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Please contact Paula (pjstoppler@msn.com) for more information about this pet. Lucky, (a Llasa Apso) and Libby (a puggle) tragically ended up in rescue when their owner died suddeny, leaving behind these two beautiful dogs. Lucky is 6 years old; Libby is 5. They will be a wonderful family addition; their prior household included a 12 year old child who adored them. Lucky arrived looking quite the mess, though. In the recent turmoil in his life, no one bothered to brush him and groom him. We couldn't even determine what breed he was: he looked like a dirty dust mop:) Thankfully, one of the groomers at our adoption partner Petco, took ... (Read More)little Lucky, disappeared into the grooming salon, and presto! ;A beautiful silky-coated dog appeared, with long golden hair. What a handsome boy! and a busy one! Even though Lucky is 6 years old, he's busy, busy. Always on the go. If you're looking for a lap dog, forget about this one. He has places to go, people to see. He loves people. Libby, the Puggle, loves to chew on bones and rawhides. She holds them carefully between her paws, concentrating very hard on the task at hand. After all, it's 'finders, keepers' in the play yard when a new cripsy chew toy is discovered. Both dogs have been spayed/neutered and are current on their vaccinations (Less)
