    Sweet Pea is 1-2 year old chihuahua mix weighing about 12lbs. Although she is shy at first, she warms up to new people quickly. She is a complete cuddle bug once she bonds with you. Sweet Pea is friendly with other dogs and people. She loves going on walks and walks well on a leash. Owner will need a secure yard, as she is extremely inquisitive about what is happening outside of the yard. I am still young and need someone to teach me about potty training and my kennel. My foster home is working with me on it and I am getting the hang of it so far! I am a pocket sized chihuahua and am very portable! I would love to travel with you or you know just hanging out at home is fine too! I would love to meet you and show you how sweet I am!     Otis was rescued from Animal Control. We think he is a Pug/Boxer mix. He is an absolute love! He is great with other dogs and children. His tail is longer than it looks in the pic but is a little squiggly like a pug. He has the cutest under bite and sticks his tongue out a lot. He is a little underweight and currently weighs 28lbs. We think he is about a year old. His adoption fee (adoption fee, transport fee, and health cert fee are included) is $500. He is NOT in CT due to the lack of fosters in the area. He is neutered, had all his shots, micro chipped, heart worm negative on heart worm prevention, flea prevention and been wormed. Lucky is house trained, crate trained and walks well on his leash.

    Pug Dogs can make good pets in Connecticut if they match your IifestyIe. The Pug is a small, stocky, short-haired dog with a wrinkled face and curled tail. Pugs are spirited and pleasant. Pugs are smart and sensitive and need gentle, consistent training. Pugs are wonderful with children and other pets. Pugs are very well-mannered with guests. This breed needs to be with people and likes to be the center of attention. Pugs do fine in an apartment. This breed needs to be sheltered from extreme temperatures.
